30-Day Return Window

• You have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return or exchange.

• Eligible Items: Unopened, unused products in original packaging. Opened or used vapes are not eligible for return due to health and safety regulations (except for defects—see Warranty below).

• Ineligible Items: Clearance items, personalized products, or items marked as "final sale."

How to Return or Exchange

1. Contact us at support@ozdispy.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).

2. We'll email you a prepaid return label (free for returns; international customers cover return shipping).

3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back to our warehouse.

4. Once received and inspected (typically 3-5 business days), we'll process your refund or exchange.

• Refunds: Issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

• Exchanges: We'll ship the replacement item free of charge once the original is received.

3-Month Warranty

Every product comes with a 90-day warranty against manufacturing defects (e.g., non-functional device, leaking, or poor performance).

• To claim: Email support@ozdispy.com with proof of purchase, description of the issue, and photos/videos.

• We'll verify and either replace the item or issue a full refund—no restocking fees.

• Warranty does not cover misuse, damage from improper handling, or normal wear and tear.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll cover all costs for return shipping and send a replacement or refund immediately.
